Sample prices, demo site. Insurance percentages are a typical pattern after the deductible and up to the annual maximum; your plan may differ, and the insurance check tells you yours. Self-pay and uninsured patients get a written Good Faith Estimate before scheduled care. The full list of standard fees is on this page and at the front desk.
How to read these prices
- Cash price is what you pay with no insurance and no plan.
- With Northbend Care is the price on our in-office membership plan, with the discount off the same cash price shown next to it.
- Typical insurance coverage is the pattern most dental plans follow after the deductible and up to the annual maximum. Yours may differ; we check it for you.
- A range appears only where the price depends on something we name next to it, such as how many aligners you need.
- Related charges that sometimes apply, such as a core build-up under a crown, are named on the row.
Clear aligners are provided by our general dentists, not an orthodontist. If your bite needs an orthodontist, we refer you.
